Heather discovered energy healing in 2003 when she suffered from a debilitating knee injury due to sports. After becoming attuned in Reiki (a form of energy healing), within hours, two major ailments, including the knee injury and lower back pain, were gone forever. She realized the amazing healing benefits of energy healing by treating the emotional issues behind the various physical pains.

Energy healing and EFT (acupuncture w/o needles) has aided Heather in many areas of her life including improved vision (Heather no longer wears glasses) and healing of painful cramps. Heather has currently begun the process of mentally regenerating endocrine cells in the pancreas for production of insulin (and glucagon) to replace the current prescriptive insulin she has injected since the age of 13.

Heather is certified in Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy with a focus on Self-Improvement. Hypnotherapy has been a fun element of healing to incorporate into her repertoire as the subconscious mind makes up the life script many of us seem to want to change or edit. Heather has utilized hypnosis for improved health and body enhancement, manifesting great things and adding confidence to many aspects of her life.

Heather is also a Reiki (Usui) Master, Energy Healer and EFT Practitioner. She also provides channeled messages for higher-self readings. She has designed 10-minute stress release recordings for her clients who have found tremendous benefit from this experience. These will be upcoming new products available for download soon!

Heather has practiced martial arts (black belt in kung-fu, tai chi, chi-kung) for 6 years which has highly complemented her meditation practice and healing work.

Heather truly enjoys working with all types of clients and issues and is finding a great niche helping others QUIT Smoking!

Heather is a member of and certified under the American Hypnosis Association.

Heather worked as a Reiki Volunteer at The George Washington University Hospital, during parts of 2010 - 2011 and participates in various Reiki events at GWU.
